I’m Alastair Nightingale
Spending 15 years as a financial adviser taught me…
investing isn’t just about returns.
It has to fit the investor, their goals, and the level of risk they’re comfortable taking.
Since 2019 I’ve been helping property investors:

Avoid opportunities with very little real world analysis behind them

You need to have funds available so we can move quickly when the right opportunity lands
I don’t pursue “20% below market value” deals - aka unicorn deals
I don’t project manage refurbs or rental properties.
This is best suited to investors taking a long-term approach to building a portfolio.
The focus is on finding the right opportunity…
…not just getting a deal over the line.
Pricing
£500 per month retainer, plus
1% acquisition fee (£2,000 minimum), based on the agreed purchase price, payable upon exchange of contracts
The retainer covers ongoing research, viewings, analysis, and all the fun that comes with getting a deal over the line.
Most clients work with me for a minimum of 3 months, simply because finding the right opportunity properly takes time.
